Firstly, a big thank you for messages re: my last post . I get a bit icky sharing personal experiences but always feel cathartic afterwards and it really helps having a friendly eye also sharing stories. Thank you.
And on some good news: we managed to raise £2717 for Save The Children charity last month. I donated all the commission I earnt last month (it was a particularly good month, which helped enormously) and sold some of my wardrobe in partnership with Vinted. Thank you!
And now onto today’s post, which is something I found much easier to write/photograph as it’s something that comes very naturally to me: my formula for festive dressing (when things get overwhelming).
You might have noticed I don’t do OTT dressy. I like to be less obvious, true, but also: I can’t be bothered! It’s fun getting dressed up but, like most people, I have very little spare time and would rather spend my time doing the ‘thing’ rather than getting ready.
So I thought I’d share a tip on how I get dressed in a rush when I need to be a little bit fancy. Especially when I’m the busiest I’ve ever been this month and I haven’t bought any new festive clothes. It’s basically JUST ONE THING, which is exactly as it sounds.
